Big Shoes to Fill

A day in the life of Jacob. First he does school on the heater. Don't worry it is very safe and honestly we only have it in here because someone's toes get cold.

Then he has to try and fill big brothers shoes. Sometimes this picture brings me to tears. To think of how old his big brother is and how fast he is growing up. 

Please tell me someone else has a pile of clean laundry waiting to be put away. Because honestly most days of the week I have laundry waiting to be folded and put away.

Coats for Goats

Hope takes care of the goats and milks them. She said that she often takes her coat off to lay on the goat. She said the goat won't walk in the snow unless she is covered. I guess I need to get a coat for the goat so my baby girl stays warm too. 

Just so you know our goats are not spoiled at all.

This boy is ROTTEN, rotten is a understatement. This is Jacob  telling the light switch NO. I had already fussed at him several times for turning the light off and on. I guess it was the lights fault.

Teaching

Big brother is teaching little brother how to mop floors. I keep reminding him that as soon as he teaches the younger kids then they can start doing it.

And look at that little crooked lip.
