One of my biggest goals is that my children are close and enjoy being together. 

Rather that means your sister wrapping you up like a present or lets you eat in the living room. 

I love how they just snuggle into each other. 

Today I am reminded of how blessed I am to have my children.

Doggy Love

I know I have said it before but I love our dogs. 

They are rescue dogs. They give us love unconditionally. They protect us. 

My husband bought treats for them for Christmas. I did laugh that he bought lean treats.

Monster Cookies

Mom these cookies have my approval. When I have extra chocolate chips I put them in a ziplock. So today I made jumbo cookies to use some of them up. We ate some, we sent some home with a friend and we froze some of the dough. Hmm, maybe I should bake some tonight. The recipe is simple. I found it on Pinterest and you can find it right here.

Tablets

We are now that family. That family that allows there kids to have electronics. 

I was against it for so long. Then I kept finding these fun learning games. I noticed that they for the most part they were playing learning games on my phone. 

They were learning how to do knee and brain surgery, they were watching videos on how to make different crafts. 

I am not going to lie, right now they are playing silly games and having a great time. And you know what that is great with me. I am enjoying the time that they are not running and jumping and yelling. 

So now you can help me with my guilt of letting my kids have tablets and tell me your favorite apps.

Ugly Sweaters

We did not have a ugly sweater contest at our house. 

So we did the next best thing and had a ugly sweater cookie contest.
