I had seen this recipe on Pinterest. Could not wait to try it but kept forgetting. Then one morning we made pancakes (krustz is one of our favorites) and had extra batter. So I decided to try it on my own. What a concept, trying something without a real recipe.
So I filled my mini muffin pans ½-2/3 full of pancake batter and then added either mini chocolate chips and marshmallows or blueberries. They turned out great.
