Cupcakes in ice cream cones are the best. It adds that special something to a cupcake. For these cupcakes I put chocolate in the bottom and vanilla on top and baked. Then I iced them with chocolate and vanilla icing and topped with chocolate sprinkles. No paper to tear off. And the kids thought it was great.
Next time I am going to bake them with only half the cupcake mix and then after if cools fill with ice cream and then ice them.
