Mini Maple Pancake muffins.

I love bakerella and had waited a few days to try this reciepe. So last night (minutes before the whole falling in the bathroom issue) I made these muffins. I actually made 240 of them. They turned out great. I do not think they are extra tasty but a great snack and if you add pancake syrup to dip them in they are GREAT. I do think they will freeze well, I would like to try them with fruit instead of chocolate. Here is the link: http://bakerella.blogspot.com/
