This weekend we went to a Warrant Officer picnic. I was expecting it to be all about joining the association. There was no talk of that. Just plain fun, food and getting to know one another. The kids loved it and it gave Rob and I time to relax and play. They had a man there with snakes and the python was just crawling or should I say slithering around the ground. He was HUGE. kids were touching him and he started climbing a man’s leg. The owner assured us that he had been fed recently and would not be dangerous. They had pony rides. They planned on having horse rides but the picnic was right across from the shooting range and that horse was having nothing to do with it. The food was amazing and then they had a smoke house which was amazing but I will talk about that later

What fun! I don't know, if a snake was climbing up my leg, I'd be nervous, recently fed or not! Looks like everyone had fun, though, despite the snakes and spooked horses!

Yeah I understand that. Here they have bigger houses depending on how many children you have...
