Cake Stands

When my mom was in town we spent a lot of time shopping at thrift stores. I found these amazing plates and instantly knew they would be perfect to make a cake stand. I cannot wait to use it.

Music and Skirts

I need to get this girl into music lessons. She loves playing on her daddy's guitar. 

I also love this skirt on her. She has wanted a new blue jean skirt for a long time but we could not find one. So I bought a size 3 woman's skirt and cut the top off. She loves it.i think I will look for some more skirts for her like this.

Throw Back Thursday

Throw back Thursday. My baby boy has grown up so much. I can't get over it. His daddy now looks up to him. I am learning to take each day and enjoy it. 

I am learning to enjoy the young man he has become and to be encouraging to him. I am learning to let him think for himself. I think that is the hardest thing.

His First Coffee

One day he is being given a bubble bath while being fed ice cream. The next moment he is given a hot cup of coffee to drink. I am telling you at 9 months this boy has the life.
