Farm day

We had the best morning we have had in a long time. We went to a friends house for a lessons about the farm.

She told us about how she took care of quail eggs and showed us the quails.

Then they should us all the different types of bunnies they
raise and which ones are for show and which ones are for pets. She let all the kids hold the bunnies. She even has a horse.
I can not believe it but Hope did leave the horses site for a minute or two. I was even able to buy 2 dozen eggs. YUMMY fresh eggs.

The last day our friends were here

Our friends were moving so we asked if the kids could hang out with us while they cleaned the house for the final time. How do you think we spent the time. Was it making memories, well if that is what you call it when you plop them in front of the tv with popcorn (at least I sneak in some m&m's as a treat). Oh, I know, you make memories by having them hang out in the bathroom because the tornado sirens are going off. I can not believe they have only been gone 5 days and someone else is already living in there house.

a boring wordless wednesday

Grace messes again

This morning Rob had to clean out the fridge because someone turned it off. Can you imagine popped open buscuits. Luckily we have extra milk in the garage. I guess between that mess and someone spilling cheese on floor Grace decided it was too much to eat in the kitchen. So I guess I am going grocery shopping today.

End of the day update

I did not figure out why my husband can not follow me on twitter. I did not get things in the mail. I did however get a huge amount of clothes out of the girls room for the yard sale. I did get a BIG box of stuff out of there room for the yard sale. I did get all of our VHS tapes packed up for yard sale. Okay, I kept the anne of Green Gables and a movie about bugs. I did go over what else I want to get pulled out with Rob. The kids did get school and chores done. I did not cry when we were leaving speach. I hate the end of anyhing even if we will see her in the fall. I did realize how much stuff we have. I am sure after this weekend I could go back through the house and find a ton more stuff to get rid of. Michael is 2 weeks away from finishing school and then I need to get ready to sell a bunch of home school materials. Faith will be using hers through out the summer. Tomorrow is another wonderful day. We will do the normal, and hopefully I will (faith will) get laundry caught up. I will be able to pull more things for the yard sale. Then Michael has a appointment and then he has his award ceremony for Awana's.
