My hero had a four day weekend for Labor Day and we took full advantage of it. We went to the beach and played in the water. I have never seen the waves so big at this beach. Walking through the water was almost painful because of the shells. That did not stop the kids from running and playing. Even Michael who does not like the beach was having a great time.
I saw a recipe for cupcakes made inside of orange peelings on a blog. I forgot the name of the blog. So I just winged it. They baked well and came out cute. I used store bought chocolate frosting but added orange flavoring to it. I think this would be a great idea for fall decorations.
