I learned about this chicken strip recipe from My Little Life. Such a easy recipe. It is the basic chicken tender only instead of coating in bread crumbs you crush up a box of Captain Crunch and coat in it. My children are in love. They could not eat it fast enough. I thought it was a little too sweet but they loved it.

I always buy the Captain Crunch to make this recipe, and then eat the whole box before I ever get the chance!
