Scripture Cookies

This week we had a special devotional. I took the following verses and went over with the kids. That afternoon after all of our school work was done we made cookies. They were a huge hit and will be made again soon. I would love suggestions on devotionals that you do with your kids. It is interesting to say the least to have something for older and younger kids. Eph. 5:2 (vanilla or fragrance) ½ cup Go up to the land filled with milk and ________ Exodus 33:3 ½ tsp a little __________works through the whole batch of dough Galatians 5:9 (substitute with baking soda) Bake -Preheat oven to 350 -beat butter and honey for one minute -add egg and vanilla, beat until well blended -in a separate bowl combine flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon -slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mix in raisins -drop by spoonful onto baking sheet -bake for 13-16 minutes Pamela
