Garden Fresh
It's happening, it's really happening. We may not have enough veggies for the entire winter but we are having a good trial run at it. This week we pulled out first corn and potatoes out of the garden. I honestly am already looking forward to next year and fixing the mistakes from this year.

Having some is better than having none!! I am planning on canning more tomato juice than pasta sauce this year... we still have sauce from last year but am rapidly running out of the very little amount of juice that we canned last fall. But I LOVE being able to plant, grow, harvest and eat our own food well into the winter if not year-round. :) God's blessings abound!
