Feeling Beachie
The statements:
1. What could possibly happen if__I go on strike and not clean anything in the house for a week.____
2. Do you think a book can_take you away to a different place and let your brain just relax__?
3. Does a _fox____ really __make a sound or are we all just caught up in the act____?
4. Feeling_the carpet in the new nursery at our church____under my feet is __so relaxing. I am glad we have to take our shoes off.

I love books that take me away from the every day world.
I am a little confused by the question about foxes making sounds...they do. I know they live in my area, and definitely make various sounds and calls.

I have pulled the "gone on strike" thing in the past.... and while I would love to say that things changed after my strike... maybe for a day or two.. but that was it!
If you go on strike, they will have to fend for themselves. Would you do that? :)
Oh yes on a book taking me somewhere else. I love when that happens.

I wouldn't go on strike if I was you… the work week two will be worse than week one and week two separately
Yes! A book can most definitely take you away! Although my brain relaxes in a different way: it's still thinking and mulling the story over: but it's not stressed or over stimulated. It's a nice change of pace from the busy, chaotic world for sure.
I didn't clean all last week because I was sick. took me 3 hours to get caught up yesterday. ouch.
