1. My plans for Labor Day included _relaxing, relaxing, a trip to the beach____, but what really happened was _a trip to the beach, dishes, cooking, cooking, dishes and more cooking____.
2. Call me crazy, but sometimes I just need to _talk to myself in the bathroom while I dry my hair________________.
3. One of the funniest things I’ve seen lately is _my little girl pray that the other children would be quiet while she prayed. _.

This week’s statements:
1. I always refuse to admit that I am a good mother, I know it sounds weird but I have a list of failures and need to give them up.____
2. I won’t eat _any vegetables that do not include the words green and bean. It is wrong I know. I try to convince myself that potatoes are veggies but no one will believe me.___

I would like to hang out with _oh so many people, a real missionary in Africa so I can understand better, a soldier in Africa, I would love to hang out with MckMama for a day and just talk, I would love to hang out with my high school home ec teacher for the day in her classroom, I would love to hang out in a amusement park with my hero for a day.
4. I would like to learn how to _make real clothes, decorate a real cake, give myself a pedicure. I can do it all but need to step them all up and finish what I start. _________

1. What ringtone do you have on your cell phone? It is the funnies thing ever it says:

2. What is your favorite memory from this summer? When a very special lady called me and asked if we would take care of her boys for her. What an honor. They are the most precious things in the world.

3. Paper books or e books? Paperback, I have kindle on my IPHONE but I do not know how to use it.

4. If you could have one home upgrade what would it be and why? Closets, six kids need I say more. What is totally hilarious is that my hero has a closet in the garage for military clothes and he takes up probably 80% of our bedroom closet, honestly you would be amazed at how few clothes I have. Just a reminder I would love a 6 month notice and a trip to be on what not to wear.

5. When was your first serious boyfriend/girlfriend? This is so sad and I hate to admit it but when I was 13 I dated a 19 year old and went to the senior prom with him.

Seriously Thursday

1. Seriously, how do we keep losing our remote control for the TV in the living room.
2. Seriously, with all the apps out there why do they not make one so I can use my phone as a remote control.
3. Seriously if you have my Diva cup please return it, joke over, I am scared to think what toy it is in.
4. Seriously, I should clean out our medicine cabinet to make sure I did not drop it behind something.
5. Seriously, papa johns when I called to say our pizza is 20 minutes late do not lie and say it has left the building. Only to be told 20 minutes later it was not even ordered.
6. Seriously, Army I missed sleeping with my husband last night, please send him home tonight.
7. Seriously, I have a TON of food storage so why do I not have what I want when I need it.
8. Seriously, bank accounts get your act together and stop spending my money so I can by fun things like a pedicure.
9. Seriously, children I know you do the laundry but I am so tired of you washing the same things over and over to avoid putting them away.
10. Seriously, my little OCD child we have many things in common but if you do not stop re arranging my pantry area I may scream.
11. Seriously, thank you for the cooler weather nights and mornings, I am sleeping better but it is really hard to wake up and get out from under the blankets.
12. Seriously, daughter thank you for washing my comforter after your dog got sick on it, but why did you put the comforter back on my bed wet. Climbing into a cold damp bed is not so much fun.
13. Seriously, this has been fun and I feel better.

We want to know Wednesday

1. What is your favorite holiday? Thanksgiving, nothing to decorate, done in a day, reminds us to be grateful, lots of friends coming over. I love having company. Then the next day the meal is already made so you can relax and enjoy it.
2. Do you have any fun holiday traditions? What are they? I am not a tradition person, I want to be but I just am not. I guess I do make one. On Easter we make crescent rolls with marshmallows in them.
3. When do you start Christmas shopping? All year, if I see something on sale then I will make a good gift I will buy it.
4. What is your favorite holiday food? Anything pumpkin, homemade mash potato
5. Share a favorite childhood holiday memory. Every Christmas Eve I would go to my big sisters Aunts house (through big brothers/big sisters). They always made me feel like a adult instead of a child.
6. Have you ever actually tried fruitcake?? Nope, no way, no how, never, never even thought about it. I have thought about making it just to see how it would come up.
