5 Question Friday

1. If you could go back to college would you change your major? Or, if you were to go to college right now...what major would you choose? I do not know if I would want to be a elementary teacher or work in the counseling field. I know I would want to work with children. If I could handle the pain and blood part I would love to work with NICU babies

2. What do you love most about your home? my front porch and my back yard. I love setting on the porch and watching the rain, I love watching the kids play in the backyard

3. What types of books do you like to read (if you like to read at all)? I love to read books about amish. My friend Lori made me (snicker, snicker) read Karen Kingsbury books and now I am addicted. The problem is when I start a book I can not stop reading it until I am done

4. What is the grossest thing you've ever eaten? octopus with my husband.

5. If you HAD to be a character on a TV show, whom would you be? The mom off of seventh heaven or the mom from little house on the prairie

Rules for Five Question Friday: Copy and paste the following questions to your blog. Answer them, then c'mon back to link up! I would love it if you'd link back to me, Mama M., but that's not a requirement!

If you don't have a blog, but still would like to play along, feel free to leave your answers in the comments of this post or any blog along the blog hop way!

Oh, and the biggest rule? Have fun!! ;)

Hi visiting from New Friend Fridays- Hmm, my blog is a topic blog so I don't think I'll do the five questions link up there but I'm happy to answer the questions.

1. Yes, I'd change majors. I'm an architect turned stay at home Mom hoping to turn part time working Mom but the hours are too long in architecture for that. I think I'd be a speech pathologist if I could do it again. My neighbor's one and works 3 half days from home. Sounds good to me.

2. Our yard and vegetable gardens.

3. Ahem, mostly children's picture books...if you have a chance to check out my blog you'll see:-)

4. Hmm don't eat many gross things, I'd say trying wasabi was not pleasant though.

5. Well I don't know about this one, my kids like to pretend that I'm Ruby from the duo Max and Ruby.

Hi there! New follower from Friday Follow :)

I love your blog header...your kids look like they're a bucket of energy!

And octopus? Are we talking like calamari type stuff, or raw octopus (which I won't touch)? ;)

Happy Friday!

Hey Girl!
Hope you're having a great weekend and everyone is behaving themselves around here! :)

Karen Kingsbury is among my favorites! I think I own most everything she has ever written! And I'm also a fan of Amish stories! Have you read the Sisters of the Quilt series by Cindy Woodsmall? She's a home educator who only writes about one book a year and I LOVE her writing!
