Margarita pie

Honestly, I did not make this pie my friend Lindsie did. I have no clue why it is called Margarita pie because there is no alcohol in it. It is wonderful.
ingredients:

Crust:
1 1/4 cup finely crushed pretzels
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup sugar
Mix together and press into the bottom of pie pan

Filling:
3 limes
1/4 cup orange juice
1 can (14 oz.) condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) frozen whipped topping thawed

Zest limes with micro plan ( save about 1 tsp. of est for garnishing), juice limes with juicer. Combine both in classic batter bowl. Add condense milk, orange juice and mix well. Fold in 8 ounces of whipped topping, spread on top of crust. Refrigerate at least 30 mins.
Take out and top with remaining whipped topping, using your easy accent decorator and the star tip. Make whip topping stars, and sprinkle leftover zest from limes..

It sounds wonderful. Thank you for the recipe. That plate looks like a piece of Polish pottery!
