No Grace we do not pee outside
This afternoon I was setting on the porch when Grace came out to play. She then proceeds to tell me she has to go pee. I said okay and you will not believe what she did. She acted like she was going to go potty right there. I stopped her and she proceeds to tell me
That her and Hope have potties in the back yard
That they pee outside all day everyday
That the rule is they are not allowed to poop in the backyard only pee
At this point I am trying not to lose it, do you remember our story of Hope peeing in the soap dispenser. If not it is here.
So Grace proceeds to show me how they squat down, who do you think taught them this habit, my wonderful husband did. Hope came outside at this point and I asked her about this and she gave me the deer in the head lights look and then said “well so does Hope”
So I decided to go out back and take pictures of where they are going potty, because isn’t that what any blogging mommy would do. So they walk me over to the three CHRISTmas trees they had described and I see 2 piles of branches and pine cones. As I lift my camera to take a picture they lowered their pants. I about died, I was laughing so hard that I worried I would wet myself. I turned around and walked into the house almost in tears. Both girls were following closely behind asking if they were in trouble, if I was crying and if I was okay.
OOH, I have no idea what I am going to do. Right now as I set here trying not to laugh at them and trying to decide how to handle this Hope is hiding in her room and Grace is cleaning up the living room and making sure I know she is cleaning.
All I can say is CALGON TAKE ME AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lol.....this is too funny. I love the last part where they are going out of their way to help Mom. Do they know you put the picture on your blog? You will have to show it to them some day....lol
I love the new pic at the top of your blog.....gorgeous!
My second born son did this when he was little...I broke him of it by taking a picture AND making a scrapbook layout. ROTF. He didn't do it again...ever. If he does it now, I am sure he looks around to make sure mom isn't close by with the camera. ROTF.....
Wow, that's a new one for me. So much to look forward to when my girls get older! :)
LOL, that is so funny.
We only have one bathroom, and the 3 oldest boys are potty trained...so sometimes I have to send my boys outside to pee if they just can't wait any longer.
Oh my goodness this post made me seriously laugh out loud! I understand though...my little girl went squatty potty outside the other day...in the middle of the street! ACK!
Oh my goodness. Both of those stories were hilarious. I will never understand why little kids do the things they do - to keep us laughing I guess! Thanks for the laughs!
I was laughing so hard at this - when my oldest daughter was seven, she got her then three year old sister to pee outside whenever she had to go - I still make fun of my girls about it today!
I pounded off to this
Why do little girls LOVE to pee anywhere and everywhere outside
Same reason why little boys pee outside when there's no bathroom to use but hey are God's creation
